Abstract:Background: A successful outcome in rhinoplasty should improve not only the aesthetic appearance of the nose but also the physiologic function of the nasal cavity. Nasal obstruction in many patients is caused by a deviated nasal septum and/or inferior turbinate hypertrophy.
