Prenatal gymnastics and psychological support benefit pregnant women

Abstract: Background/Aim: The management of pregnant women is a significant public health concern. This study aims to demonstrate the benefits of prenatal gymnastics and psychological support on pain, walking, anxiety, and self-esteem during pregnancy.
