Prenatal diagnosis of thrombosis of the dural sinuses

Abstract: Thrombosis of the cerebral venous vessels is a rare event in the neonatal period, and prenatal detection of dural sinus thrombosis is even rarer. A 19-year-old woman with an uncomplicated pregnancy was referred at 22 weeks for a routine midtrimester ultrasonographic scan.
