Abstract:<b><i>Introduction:</i></b> Sprengel’s deformity is a rare congenital anomaly of the shoulder rim. It is the most common congenital anomaly of the shoulder, associated with cosmetic deformity and abnormal shoulder function. Nonsurgical management can be considered for mild cases.
