Premature Rupture of Membranes

Abstract: This article presents a detail histopathological study of secundines from 70 patients with premature rupture of the membranes and from 32 patients in whom the membranes ruptured during labour. Inflammatory reactions of varying degrees from mild, moderate to severe were found both in the control and study groups.
