Preload Effect Elimination Technique for Piezoelectric Force Touch Sensing in Human-Machine Interactivities

Abstract: Piezoelectric touch sensing in interactive displays gains increasing attentions due to its high force detection sensitivity and intrinsic mechanical-to-electrical conversion ability.
