Abstract: BackgroundsAngulations deformity (cubitus varus and valgus) is the most common complication of displaced supracondylar fractures. Most deformity seems to be related to coronal plane angulations [1]. It should also be appreciated that rotation of the distal fragment often worsens varus and valgus angulations [2].
