Preliminary Polarimetric Measurements of Ruffled Water Surface Radar Backscattering Coefficients and Brightness Temperatures Angular Dependences at 15GHz
Abstract:In this paper preliminary results of smooth and waved water surface radar backscattering coefficient and brightness temperature angular dependences at 15GHz are represented. The results were obtained by combined radar-radiometer system moving along a quarter circle shaped measuring platform of 7m of radius.
