Abstract: Viola tricolor L (family: Violaceae) commonly known as wild pansy, heartsease exhibited various pharmacological effects such as cytotoxic activity, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, sedative, immunosuppressive, anti-anxiety, and anticonvulsant activity.
