Abstract:Glioma is a highly proliferative and aggressive tumor type that arises from glial cells in the central nervous system. The nucleotides required for the proliferation and replication of glioma cells are crucial to their pathogenesis and often cannot be synthesized entirely de novo by tumor cells.
