Preliminary Analysis of Changes in Logistics Processes to Assess the Impact of a Pandemic

Abstract: The article analyzes possible changes in logistics processes during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is probable that the fact of the pandemic and the decisions taken by the states – restrictions, quarantine – affected the logistics processes, adjusted them and encouraged the adoption of new decisions.
