Abstract: In vitro fertilization (IVF) in conjunction with preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) for mutation detection and human leukocyte antigen (HLA) matching for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is a unique technology of modern clinical embryology.
