Prehydrolyzed dietary protein reduces gastrocnemial DNA without impairing physical capacity in the rat

Abstract: Previous studies have shown that hydrolyzed proteins exhibit antioxidant properties and may confer physical and physiological advantages when consumed by the exercising rat.
