Pregnancy outcomes in patients with Alport syndrome

Abstract: Data regarding pregnancy outcomes in Alport syndrome is limited. The outcome seems favorable when pre-pregnancy kidney function is normal or near normal and when chronic hypertension/pre-eclampsia is absent.
