Preferred Hierarchical Control Strategy of Non-Point Source Pollution at Regional Scale

Abstract: Non-point source (NPS) pollution has wide range of sources. Under rainfall conditions, NPS pollution occurs mainly by overland flow, resulting in difficult governance.
