The integration of new technologies in schools and high schools are linked to new problems with the use and management of ITC tools as technostress between teachers. Technostress is associated with several negative effects on workers' health as anxiety, musculoskeletal disorders, headache, mental and physical fatigue. Due to the worldwide COVID19 pandemic, the majority of schools blocked out, and face to face courses were transformed into online courses in a very short time. In these circumstances, several teachers were forced to increase their skills with ICT technology to accomplish their teaching objectives, and their technological workload was higher than at the beginning of the course. In the current research, the technostress of teachers was evaluated based on a validated questionnaire. Results pointed out that occupational risks linked to technostress were high during the pandemic period. Older teachers showed more vulnerability to the risk, because a lack of training and adaptation of some of the new tools for online courses, while women showed higher levels of anxiety and emotional tension. Prevention measures as specific training programs for ICT, rational use of ICT, and a more balanced distribution of work and family life at home should be developed to address the problem.

With the gradual penetration of the Internet into people's lives, it has also caused many people to panic about Internet technology, resulting in technical pressure. In this study, a meta-analysis technique was used to clarify the relationship between demographic characteristics, personality characteristics and employee technical stress. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between employee's education level and technical stress in demography; There is a significant negative correlation between employee age and technical pressure, which breaks through people's previous understanding of technical pressure; At the same time, female employees are more likely to feel technical pressure than male employees. Among the five personalities, neuroticism is positively correlated with technical stress. Openness, sense of responsibility and extroversion are all negatively correlated with technical stress. However, there is no significant relationship between human and technological pressure. This study revealed the relationship among demographic variables, personality characteristics and technical stress, providing a more accurate estimate of individual differences for predicting technical stress. In addition, a multi-layer perceptron-based employee stress prediction technology is also proposed. The technology uses questionnaires to obtain the eigenvectors of each employee, and then uses the multi-layer perceptron training network to predict the state of subsequent employees.

The use of technology in education is being applied worldwide. Several studies present some concerns that should be taken into consideration when technology is applied in classrooms. This article investigates the use of technology in education, specifically 10 concerns that should open the public forum so that the educational community become fully aware of its repercussions. These 10 topics of concern are (1) Digital platforms; (2) Digital books; (3) Investment in education technology; (4) Digital schools; (5) Technology distraction; (6) Technology addiction; (7) Technology and teachers’ profession; (8) Effectiveness of education technology; (9) Social and emotional effects; (10) Computerized testing. The review of the literature shows that these concerns should be addressed because they represent serious issues for learners and teachers alike. Further research on these concerns is needed considering the gap between the fast implementation of technology and the possibility to research the consequences of such use in classrooms.
