Preditores do tecnoestresse em professores de EaD

Abstract: O presente estudo teve por objetivo identificar o poder preditivo das variáveis psicossociais (percepção de estressores ocupacionais e estressores contextuais) para as duas dimensões do Tecnoestresse, Tecnoansiedade e Tecnofadiga, em docentes de EaD.
