Predictors of Influenza PCR Positivity in Acute Exacerbations of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract: Purpose: Influenza infection is an important cause of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Clinical features predicting influenza PCR positivity are unknown. We aim to identify predictors of influenza PCR positivity in AECOPD.
