This study aimed to examine the impact of organizational health and its dimensions on strategic flexibility in the Egyptian travel agencies category (A) in Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan. 689 questionnaires were given out to a sample of employees at travel agencies in Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan in order to fulfill the study's goal. Only 596 questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS and AMOS Software. The results of the study indicated that organizational health affects positively the strategic flexibility in travel agencies. As well, al dimensions of organizational health (objective clarity, communication efficiency, balance of authority, resources exploitation, cohesion or belonging, moral, creativity, independence, adaptation, and problem solving) affect strategic flexibility in travel agencies. The study proposed many recommendations such as mangers of travel agencies need to adopt participatory and democratic leadership patterns that support the participation of employees in decision-making continuously, and listen to their opinions and suggestions regarding development, work and problemsolving that is ultimately reflected in enhancing the level of organizational health and strategic flexibility in these agencies.
