“…Garcia-Flores J et al [30] evaluated the value of fetal liver biometry to predict birth weight in gestational diabetes using 3D-US between 32 and 34 weeks and all data were stored for postacquisition processing with a specific software. All the hepatic diameters, area and sectional volume demonstrated significant association with birth weight.…”

“…Because the degree of cord leptin is positively correlated with maternal leptin levels [ 18 , 23 , 36 , 43 ], and representative of fetal growth and newborn weight, adiposity, and BMI during pregnancy [ 17 , 18 , 23 , 26 , 36 , 43 , 44 , 45 , 46 ], the levels of cord leptin (approximately 15 ± 16 ng/mL; [ 23 ]) are considered to be a key predictor of childhood cardiovascular and metabolic state. Cord leptin levels can be linked with birth weight of neonates from women with gestational obesity and/or diabetes mellitus as well [ 36 , 47 , 48 ]. Together, the degree of leptin concentration in the maternal serum and cord blood could be an indicator for neonate birth weight and adiposity.…”

“…The multicentre, population‐based FGR looked at fetal growth in urban populations in eight countries where mothers' health and nutrition were the majority 15 requirements fulfilled and appropriate prenatal. Third trimester ultrasonography hepatic biometry predicts diabetes mother's newborn's higher birth weight and metabolic alterations 16 . Third trimester ultrasonography evaluated diabetes fetopathy‐related hepatic alterations, which predicted birth weight and metabolic abnormalities.…”

“…Third trimester ultrasonography hepatic biometry predicts diabetes mother's newborn's higher birth weight and metabolic alterations. 16 Third trimester ultrasonography evaluated diabetes fetopathy-related hepatic alterations, which predicted birth weight and metabolic abnormalities. Convolutional neural network (CNN) 17 splits the challenge in three phases: learning acoustic patterns to verify, recognizing regions with structures of interest, and precisely locating the fetal brain.…”
