Predictive Relationship between Sustainable Organisational Practices and Organisational Effectiveness: The Mediating role of Organisational Identification and Organisation-Based Self-Esteem

Abstract: This study ascertains the predictive relationship that sustainable organisational practices have with organisational effectiveness and the mediating role of organisational identification and organisation-based self-esteem in this relationship.
