Abstract:<p class="abstract"><strong><span lang="EN-US">Background:</span></strong>Since the use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as the gold standard for acoustic neuroma diagnosis, the size of the majority of newly diagnosed acoustic neuromas has decreased. Management strategy is challenging, especially in young patients with small tumors.
