Abstract:Purpose
Aurora kinase A (AURKA) plays an essential role in tumorigenesis by regulating the cell cycle. However, the expression and prognostic value of the AURKA in medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) have not been thoroughly investigated.
Methods
