Prediction of operability of the plate rolling rolls based on the mixed fracture mechanism

Abstract: Виявлений механізм змішаного руйнування валків, що призводить до поступового зростання дефектів від поверхневих пошкоджуючих процесів. Встановлена послідовність змін напружень у небезпечних зонах валка за один його оберт. Розроблений алгоритм прогнозування періоду життєвості, заснований на лінійній моделі зростання дефекту.
