Abstract: When the only information available is the issue parameters, and the intended outwards, machine learning techniques like ANN (Artificial Neural Networks) and ANFIS (Adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system) been proven to address the complex problems without duplicating the phenomena under investigation.
