Abstract:Purpose
To evaluate the cardiac dosimetric advantages of deep inspiration breath-hold (DIBH) in postoperative left-sided breast cancer patients undergoing internal mammary node irradiation (IMNI) and construct prediction models using factors influenced cardiac sparing through DIBH.
