Predicting Organizational Citizenship Behavior among Universities’ Contractual Teaching Staff: A Developing Country Perspective

Abstract: This study provides insights about the relationship between job insecurity, honesty-humility, and reciprocity and organization citizenship behavior, whereas impression management plays its role of a mediator.
