Predicting long-term moisture contents of earthen covers at uranium mill tailings sites

Abstract

The research described in this report has been a team effort by two groups, Pacific Northwest Laboratory (PNL), and Rogers and Associates Engineering {RAE). Special appreciation is expressed toP. R.
