Predicting Extra-Role Behaviour: Organisational Support And Role Breadth Self-Efficacy As Predictors

Abstract: The main objectives of the study are twofold: first, to examine the predictive effect of perceived organisational support and role breadth self-efficacy on organisational citizenship behaviour directed towards individuals and organisational citizenship behaviour directed towards organisations, and second, to examine the mediating role of role breadth self-efficacy in such relationships.
