Predicting Breast Reduction Resection Weights and Attainment of Insurance-Mandated Minimums

Abstract: Historically, third-party payers have used various criteria for insurance coverage approval of reduction mammaplasty in an attempt to stratify patients seeking surgery for cosmetic versus medical reasons.
