Precoding-enabled Probabilistically-shaped DMT Transmission with Average Signal Power Constraint
Abstract: We experimentally investigate the PS-DMT system enabled by DFT, OCT and WHT-based precoding techniques under average transmit signal power constraint. Up to 2 dB receiver sensitivity improvement can be achieved compared to the conventional PS-DMT.
