Precisiones nomenclaturales en <em>Phlomis</em> × <em>composita</em> Pau <em>(Lamiaceae)</em>

Abstract

NomeNclatural precisioNs for Phlomis × comPosita (lamiaceae).-Some questions related to the nomenclature of Phlomis × composita Pau (Lamiaceae) are precised. The name P. × composita is typified based on the original material from Pau, collected by Bourgeau in 1849 and preserved in the herbarium of the Real Jardín Botánico de Madrid (Spain). A previous type proposed by Mateu (1986) is rejected for being incorrect. A new taxonomical status is proposed for the hybrid between P. crinita Cav. subsp. crinita and P. lychnitis L. (Lamiaceae) under the range of nothosubspecies: P. × composita nothosubsp. trullenquei (Pau) P. P. Ferrer, Guara & E. Se tipifica el nombre P. × composita Pau (Lamiaceae) a partir de material original de Pau, recolectado por Bourgeau en 1849 y conservado en el herbario del Real Jardín Botánico de Madrid. Se rechaza la anterior propuesta de tipificación de Mateu (1986) por ser incorrecta. Se propone un nuevo estatus taxonómico para el híbrido entre P. crinita subsp. crinita y P. lychnitis, bajo el rango de notosubespecie: P. × composita nothosubsp. trullenquei (Pau) P. P. Ferrer, Guara & E. Laguna, stat. nov.
