Abstract:Single-cell/nuclei RNA sequencing (sc/snRNA-Seq) is widely used for profiling cell-type gene expressions in biomedical research. An important but underappreciated issue is the quality of sc/snRNA-Seq data that would impact the reliability of downstream analyses.
