We review several aspects of B-Physics. In particular we discuss: i) The theoretical framework for B-decays, ii) Weak decays beyond leading logarithms, iii) Standard analysis of the unitarity triangle, iv) Rare B-decays, v) CP violation including the issue of electroweak penguins and vi) Future visions of this field.1 Based on two invited talks given at "Beauty 95", Oxford, July 9-14, 1995, to appear in the proceedings.
