Prebiotics from Seaweeds: An Ocean of Opportunity?

Abstract: Seaweeds are an underexploited and potentially sustainable crop which offer a rich source of bioactive compounds, including novel complex polysaccharides, polyphenols, fatty acids, and carotenoids.
