Abstract:A preamplifier for fiber-optic millimeter-wave wireless system is presented based on a fully stabilized 0.12 jim PHEMT technology and is realized in a LTCC technology. The preamplifier is designed with parallel feedback and is minimized using inter-stage and T-section matching for chip size.
