Pre- sowing seed treatment of bio fertilizers on growth, yield and yield attributing traits of chick pea (Cicer arietinum L.) Variety: king Ganesh

Abstract: The experiment was conducted at Crop Research Farm unit (CRF) Sam Higginbottom University ofAgriculture, Technology and Sciences, Prayagraj during 2020-2021. For this purpose, 13 priming treatmentsincluding control on chickpea var. king Ganesh seeds were subjected to treatment with various primers. The chickpea var. king Ganesh seeds were primed with above different priming agents in above differentconcentrations for a duration of 8 hours. “…Temperatures between 24ºC to 30ºC, along with appropriate moisture levels, are ideal for chickpea crop growth. It is winter crop that does well in both rainfed and irrigated environments [5][6][7]. It is frequently grown in heavy soil types because it's to tolerate cold climates, and the appropriate pH range of 5.5 to 7.0 for greater growth and yield [8].…”
