Abstract:This research answers the question, “How did pre-Brown African American school leaders lead their schools?” After conducting a metasynthesis on the leadership practices of pre-Brown African American school leaders, I constructed the Pre-Brown African American School Leadership Paradigm (PAASLP) and model.
