This work analyzes the cooperative principle and its importance for self-management. It also verifies in the literature a possible contribution to the objective for sustainable development number 4, with the potential to develop skills and technical competencies for the cooperative members, mainly in the self-management of recovered companies and in the specialized training of the local community. Education and professional training appear as a relevant factor in the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 of the United Nations (UN) 2030 Agenda, such as Goals 4.3 and 4.4, indicating the importance of these processes to all countries. Brazil has vocational schools with technical level courses for traditional professions and the S System, such as the National Service for Cooperative Learning (SESCOOP) and others, whose objective is to train professionals for the job market. Os componentes da motricidade humana, abrangendo a motricidade fina e global, equilíbrio, organização espacial e temporal, e lateralidade, foram fundamentais na formação das habilidades motoras das crianças. Essas competências desempenharam um papel crucial, principalmente durante a infância. No contexto educacional, especialmente no Ensino Fundamental, a escola se revelou um ambiente propício para o desenvolvimento de diversas aptidões, e entre elas, o desenvolvimento motor assumiu um lugar de destaque. A atividade motriz foi a linguagem pela qual as crianças interagiram com o mundo de maneira eficaz e concreta, permitindo-lhes compreender a si mesmas e o ambiente que as cercava. Este estudo teve como foco a investigação do desenvolvimento motor em crianças que estavam nos primeiros anos de escolarização, com o intuito de propor intervenções que pudessem enriquecer as aulas de Educação Física escolar. A abordagem escolhida concentrou-se em explorar os esportes radicais como conteúdo de ensino, reconhecendo seu potencial para engajar e motivar os alunos de maneira única. A metodologia empregada nesta pesquisa envolveu uma revisão bibliográfica e um estudo documental que se basearam em estudos publicados nos últimos 10 anos. Esses estudos foram criteriosamente selecionados a partir de fontes confiáveis, como o Google Acadêmico e a Scielo, sendo que a preferência foi dada a publicações em língua portuguesa. Essa abordagem buscou embasar a prática educacional em evidências recentes, ampliando o conhecimento e proporcionando intervenções mais eficazes para promover o desenvolvimento motor das crianças no ambiente escolar. Isso, por sua vez, contribuiu para um crescimento saudável e holístico dos alunos durante os anos iniciais de sua educação.
