Practitioner's view of barriers to software outsourcing partnership formation: An empirical exploration

Abstract: Software Outsourcing Partnership (SOP) is considered as a kind of risk and reward sharing client‐vendor relationship. Generally, a fruitful outsourcing association might be converted to an outsourcing partnership.
