“…The duration of the topical postoperative drug therapy was 4 weeks in most cases (47%), 3 weeks (20%) or 2 weeks (15%) according to the Canadian practice pattern study (Ong‐Tone et al. ). In Europe, dexamethasone was the most commonly used steroidal anti‐inflammatory drug chosen as the preferred drug by 71% of ophthalmological surgeons, followed by prednisolone (19% of surgeons) and betamethasone with the proportion of 7%.…”
