Practice Highlight: Postzoster Perineural Inflammation Mimicking Perineural Invasion During Mohs Micrographic Surgery

Abstract: This study has several limitations. First, it has a small sample size. Second, clarification on how respondents evaluate "lidocaine allergy" and the rationale for their choice of a substitute would have been insightful. Third, concentration of epinephrine or sodium bicarbonate used was not specifically surveyed.
