ABSTRACTOne of the best strategies of working with conflict is its prevention. Several practical suggestions on how we can know our neighbors better and have a personal engagement in dialogue between people of different cultures are shared in this paper with the hope of achieving world peace through little steps in the elimination of conflicts and prevention of violence. These tips include interchange of information about our respective cultures, use of the internet and other technical mass media, travelling and living together, mastering other languages, ecumenical approaches to others' religions, etc.
