“…This suggests that effective SL can significantly contribute to enhancing the perception of safety equipment and procedures. Furthermore, the SL behaviours and efforts of ISs, who serve as representatives of the employer and top-level managers, are highly valued at a construction site in terms of meeting safety objectives and utilizing the PPEs effectively [122]. This research finding provides significant support for the assertion made by Lewin et al (1939) and Huang et al (2003) [43,44], that leaders play a crucial role in shaping the climate.…”

“…Regarding the substantial percentage of patients not wearing protective eyewear, the issue often stems from a lack of awareness. Jalil Al-Bayati et al recently reported that among those who are aware of the need for personal protective equipment, reasons for not wearing safety glasses included good uncorrected vision (17 %), aesthetics (26 %), convenience (13 %), and lack of concern (43 %), among others [19]. Therefore, in line with the recommendations of other authors mentioned earlier, we believe that health professionals can play a crucial role in preventing ocular injuries by educating and counselling workers about the importance of using appropriate eye protection devices in their workplace.…”

“…K-means clustering is another approach, categorizing data into K-distinct clusters to minimize background noise and interference. Al-Bayati et al [19] used fuzzy sets and K-means to evaluate factors of PPE non-compliance. However, Kmeans is limited in processing features like color and texture, which are unsuitable for complex scenes.…”
