PPARγ/ETV2 Axis Regulates Endothelial-to-Mesenchymal Transition in Pulmonary Hypertension

Abstract: Endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EndoMT) plays an important role in pulmonary hypertension (PH). Also, the molecular mechanisms regulating EndoMT in PH remain to be defined.
