Povezanost pristupa poučavanju s percipiranom samoefikasnosti, zadovoljstvom poslom i životom te emocijama učitelja u osnovnoj školi

Abstract: Cilj je ovog istraživanja bio ispitati povezanost pristupa poučavanju sa samoefikasnosti, zadovoljstvom životom i poslom učitelja te u kojoj mjeri učitelji u osnovnoj školi doživljavaju pozitivne i negativne emocije. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 254 učitelja iz osam zagrebačkih osnovnih škola.
