[ 114 115 ] Scientific evidence suggests that low SES, social isolation, psychosocial stress, hostility, and depression have a negative effect on CVD. Recommendations for promoting behavioral changes and the management of psychosocial and lifestyle factors in clinical practice include strategies for promoting a healthy lifestyle, improving interactions between healthcare providers and patients, implementing multimodal interventions, and managing psychosocial risk factors.…”
