Potential for the use of coconut shell (Cocus nucifera) as an alternative fuel in the production of cassava flour

Abstract: The production of cassava and tapioca flour are recognized as activities merged in family culture in the North and Northeast regions of Brazil, which demand the use of firewood to feed the furnaces in the flour mills.
