Abstract: The green gram (Vigna radiata L. Wilczek), also known as Mudga in Sanskrit, is regarded by Ayurvedic science as the best pulse and one of the healthiest foods that may be regularly consumed to maintain health. Diabetes is a chronic lifestyle condition that may be controlled with diet, exercise, and contemporary medications like insulin and oral hypoglycaemic medicines.
