Poverty is a serious problem faced by many developing countries, including Indonesia. This study aims to investigate the role played by social capital in achieving the success of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) program in Semper Timur Village, North Jakarta. To overcome this problem, the joint venture group program was implemented in North Jakarta by Jakarta Entrepreneurship. This study used a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews and observing the Rizki Berkah joint venture group in North Jakarta. The research results show that social capital plays a vital role in achieving the success of joint venture groups in overcoming poverty. Trust, social networks, access to information, and support from group members are important elements in facilitating collaboration, exchanging knowledge and skills, and access to resources needed for business. Joint venture groups with high social capital tend to be more successful in facing challenges, taking advantage of opportunities, and achieving success in their businesses. Active involvement in social networks, strong trust between group members, and solid cooperation are important factors in building strong social capital. In addition, the joint business group program also provides support in the form of facilities and infrastructure, skills training, mentoring, and access to capital. The availability of these facilities provides additional impetus for joint venture groups to achieve success. This research makes an important contribution to understanding the role of social capital in joint business group programs. These findings can form the basis for developing policies and strategies more effectively alleviate poverty in North Jakarta and other parts of Indonesia.

Merabaknya Covid-19 di seluruh dunia menimbulkan banyak dampak yang terjadi, salah satunya pada perekonomian global tahun 2020, akibatnya banyak masyarakat yang tidak bisa memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah sigap membuat berbagai program inovatif untuk membantu masyarakat yang terdampak Covid-19. Salah satunya pemerintah membuat Program Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) yang diberikan oleh Kementrian Sosial. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas penyaluran dana Bantuan Sosial Tunai pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir dan menganalisis factor-faktor penghambat pelaksanaan penyaluran Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST). Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori dari Budiani yang mempunyai empat Indikator yaitu Ketepatan sasaran, sosialisasi program, tujuan program, dan pemantauan program. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengumpulakan data dengan teknik pengamatan,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efektivitas Penyaluran Dana Bantuan Sosial Tunai pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir dengan diuraikan dalam empat Indikator, bahwa hambatan untuk studi ini adalah Validasi data dan Tidak dicairkan dana karena banyak Nik yang tidak Valid.

This research aims to analyze the performance of the bureaucracy in distributing social assistance for the Family Hope Program (PKH) at the Langkat Regency Social Service. PKH social assistance is a program that aims to reduce poverty and improve community welfare by providing regular cash assistance to poor families. However, the effectiveness of this program is very dependent on the performance of the bureaucracy in organizing the distribution of this aid. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive method to explain the performance of the bureaucracy in implementing the PKH program. The research results show that the bureaucratic performance in administering PKH social assistance in Langkat Regency has several weaknesses, including the slow process of distributing aid, a lack of coordination between related agencies, and irregularities in aid distribution. These factors hinder the effectiveness of the program and cause dissatisfaction among aid recipients. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Langkat Regency Social Service improve coordination between related agencies, improve the aid distribution system, and increase supervision of the implementation of the PKH program. Necessary to strengthen the capacity of field officers through training and education related to social assistance management. This is expected to improve bureaucratic performance in implementing the PKH program so that the program's goal of reducing poverty can be achieved more optimally
