Potencial Alelopático De Caryocar Coriaceum Wittm Na Germinação E Crescimento Inicial De Plântulas De Alface

Abstract

ResumoAlelopatia se traduz como efeito que uma planta exerce sobre a outra por meio de compostos químicos liberados no ambiente. No presente trabalho testou-se a influência do extrato aquoso bruto (EBA) nas concentrações de 25, 50, 75 e 100 % de caule, folha e fruto de Caryocar coriaceum (piqui) coletados em área de cerrado na Chapada do Araripe -Crato-CE na germinação e crescimento de Lactuca sativa (alface). As sementes foram distribuídas nas placas de Petri, em lotes de 50 unidades, espaçadas de modo a facilitar a avaliação individual. As avaliações foram realizadas sete dias após as sementes terem sido colocadas no germinador. Do total de 50 sementes que compunham cada parcela, foram avaliadas 20 sementes para obtenção das médias referentes à percentagem de germinação, comprimentos das partes aéreas e subterrâneas. Os extratos aquosos (caule, folha e fruto) reduziram a taxa de germinação, o comprimento da raiz e do hipocótilo das plântulas receptoras. Nas maiores concentrações (100, 75 e 50%) do EBA de piqui, ocorreram radículas engrossadas, curtas e necrosadas nas plântulas de alface, caracterizando efeito fitotoxico. A espécie doadora evidenciou potencial alelopático que variou de acordo com a fonte do extrato. Sendo as folhas e o caule as principais fontes de substâncias solúveis em água com potencial alelopático.Palavras-chave: Alelopatia. Lactuca sativa. Chapada do Araripe. In the present Work it was tested it influences it of the rude aqueous extract in the concentrations of 25, 50, 75 and 100% of the stem, it leafs and fruit of Caryocar coriaceum (piqui) collected in cerrado site in the Plated of Araripe -Crato-CE in the germination and growt of Lactuca sativa (lettuce). The seeds were distributed in the petri plates, in lots of 50 units, spaced in way to facilitate the individual evoluation. The evoluations were accomplished seven days after the seeds they have been placed in the germinador. Of the total of 50 seeds that composed each portion, they were appraised 20 seeds for obtaining of the you measured referring to the germination percentage, lengths of the aerial and underground parts. The aqueous extracts (stem, leafs and fruit) they reduced the germination rate, the length of the root and of the hipicotyl of the receiving seedlig. In the largest concentrations (100, 75 and 50%) of piqui EBA, they happened enlarged rooting, short and necrosadas in the lettuce seedling, characterizing effect allelopathic. The species donor evidenced potential allelopathic that varied in agreement with the source of the extract. Being the leaves and the stem the main sources of substances soluble in water with potential allelopathic.
